Chief Executive Officer
Mike directs all the operational aspects for the clinical programs and services offered by Bridgeway. He manages the clinical supervisory team, all client activity and compliance for every program. Mike has over twenty-eight years of experience in the field of addictive disorders. He has been with Bridgeway for eight years.

Steve Klasek
Chief Financial Officer
Steve is responsible for all the financial activities of the organization. With over fifteen years experience in managing contracts and grants, he brings a wealth of financial expertise to Bridgeway. He has been with Bridgeway for ten years.
