
We are always accepting applications for Residential Technicians (MO or NC) and Child Specialists (MO only). Positions and shifts vary, so please indicate part-time or full-time and which shifts you’re willing to work on the application or cover letter.
Counseling positions require prior experience working with the substance abuse population. Please see the credentialing requirements for Missouri at www.msapcb.com or for North Carolina at www.ncsapcb.com.
- In Missouri, We accept CSAC, CASAC, CCJP, and RSAP certifications as fully qualified counselors. Individuals holding LPC and LCSW licenses are also considered qualified if they have a minimum 1 year experience counseling the substance abuse population.
- In North Carolina, individuals must meet one of the following requirements in order to be considered a qualified professional: 1) hold a license, provisional license, or certification by the governing board regulating a humn service profession; 2) have a Master degree in a human service related field and one year of full time supervised substance abuse experience; 3) a Bachelor degree in a human service related field and two years supervised substance abuse experience; or 4) a Bachelor degree in a non-human services related field and four years full time supervised substance abuse counseling experience.
RASAC level certification is the minimum qualification and would qualify an individual to apply for an Associate Counselor position.
