Why Bridgeway?

B ridgeway Behavioral Health has been providing addiction treatment and trauma recovery services for over 35 years. We are a leader in our region in utilizing best practices to meet the needs of our clients so that healing may occur. The staff at Bridgeway are competent and compassionate with the combined credibility, life experience, and education that one should expect when seeking behavioral health services. Many of our staff are survivors and are in recovery. Who better to help you walk the road than those who have already been down it?

Our 200 plus employees have varied backgrounds in social work, psychology, education, medicine, and nursing. Staff expertise was a catalyst in achieving our 3 year accreditation from the International Council for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. This translates into the reality that Bridgeway adheres to best practices in our field, hires and employs qualified, compassionate caregivers, ensures quality through continual improvement, and provides excellent customer care.

It is our history of providing compassionate care that we are able to form relationships with other providers in our region to form a network of resources for our clients. Collaborations with Washington University Addiction Science doctors, local health centers and mental health care facilities, hospitals, and human service organizations create an environment that is focused on the overall wellness of the people we serve. This helps us achieve better outcomes for our clients.
